DrewMay 30, 2013My 574s from Zappos had a sole that had come unglued. They gave me store credit for the price of the shoes, and I just paid the difference on a brand new pair. Excellent customer service!
Best place for running shoes and old school kicks in the city! Great staff!

Dunno what the deal is with the negative tips, but the staff was super friendly and beyond helpful. Also: Liverpool FC kits!
