Very clean and chic, the location is spectacular which facing the Paddington Underground Station, don't forget to reveal your membership card to get points if you have it. ;)Upvoted 3 days ago

Great location and room sizes are decent. Though bathrooms need an upgrade. They also have a ticketing machine installed on the premises for Heathrow Express tickets.

ElleFebruary 11, 2019Expensive and not such a comfortable stay. It was tight with a suitcase, heating was insufficient & no hot water in the shower. You need to upgrade to a Tower or Executive room to be comfortable here.
Excellent location, accommodating staff, room was splendid - large and quiet. Will stay here again!

The quickest way out of the station now is through the Hilton and you get the door opened by a nice man in a uniform

If arriving at paddington, it's easy to meet taxi put front of hotel. Just take the escalator by platform two up to 2012 shop and cut through hotel. Great!

S G YOctober 19, 2015The tower rooms are excellent, BUT the service is awful, since the hotel is quite busy, the staff is indifferent and some of them even rude. Plus the breakfast in the executive lounge is horrible!
The Muirgold Suite is excellent with an awesome balcony and view.

Rude staff. Old rooms. Can't get a drink past 11 at the bar. Have a piano in the lobby but don't touch. Convenient to the station. That is literally the only thing that they have that's positive.

Not good value for money but conveniently located if you're coming in from LHR and are going somewhere by train from PAD the next morning
Hotel is great but rooms are small like in Manhattan. Toilets flush weird too!! Lol
