    Been here 10+ times
    Great family friendly neighborhood - very safe.. Tons of young professionals as well. Good bar scene, but be prepared to take a cab because there's no metro and the busses are less than reliable.

    Love living here. Reasonable housing prices for DC. Quiet but lots going on. Nice people, bus system is convenient, safe, beautiful parks
