Nowhere to sit outaide while you wait to get picked up that isn't infested with smokers bugging you for a light and making you smell like shit. Just stay inside until your ride gets here.

Baggage claims is the worst! Of any airport I've ever been to...domestic and international. SO slow! Carry-on if you can!
