Excellent relaxation spot before flying. Food is italian-ish, therefore ok and not amazing. But, wide bar drinks selections, free newspapers and zines, free wifi and confy seating areas. Great overall

WiFi is complimentary but by Hiport voucher that you sign for at reception. Lounge is just after the swatch shop. Up the escalators

Use this lounge if flying from Gates G or H. Although, for H, allow an extra 15 mins or so to get to the gates.

Terrible lounge - dry sandwiches (don't do it!), bad coffee, no atmosphere/care, no real snacks and told to use wifi from the Alitalia lounge next door- which doesn't work! Bad BA - sort it out

Pretty poor lounge by most standards. Stuck here due to flight delay. Enter next to dixons, not in gate G which is where I went due to poor signage

It's now neither an exec club lounge or a galleries but somewhere in between. Food still poor, drinks ok. Italian legislation makes wifi a pain in the ass

각 국의 외국인들이 자국어와 외국어로 한 입을 모아 최악이라고 평하니 한국어도 추가해봅니다. 그냥 앉아서 쉴 곳이 필요한거라면 모를까 아무 것도 기대하지 마세요. 음료코너에 직원은 고객이 쓰라고 있는 컴퓨터 앉아서 놀고 있고 물컵은 엄청나게 드럽고. 한 미디로 여기는 의지밖에 없음!
