Roast chicken, rice and beans is my go-to when I'm up late, too lazy to cook or looking for something really warm and simple and incredible.

Get that costillos guisado it's really good top notch. And the fried pork belly is on point too. I believe its called Dominican chicharonne. So good so damn good.
