If you arrive early before your room is ready, you can have a shower in the fitness centre. Free for SPG Platinum guests- This is the shuttle bus timetable to Shinagawa and Meguro. It will stop at Shirokanedai on request

DimAugust 16, 2017Good, but not great hotel. A bit run down, good location close to metro, nice Japanese garden in front of the hotel, expensive breakfast, not a high tech, card access system from 80's and elevators.
TVs in rooms have 2 HDMI ports that are accessible for connecting iPads, laptops, etc. Just plug in and change the source on the remote.

Free wifi. High speed. In rooms and lobby areas.- 5 min walk to Shirogane subway station. Come out and turn left.
- The money exchange ATM has terrible rates - you will find much better rates outside the hotel
- Wifi in rooms is super. Easy to stream movies and data.

Very old fashion hotel, it's in a good location but they really need to do some improvements. There is no wireless, the bar is full of old men. Come one Sheraton you can do better

駅近ではないけど、それがこの良い環境を保てているんだろうし、客層も良いのが嬉しい。他の人が言うとおりWi-Fiが無いのが問題ですが、シェラトン提携後のリニューアルされた部屋は快適だし、レストランはどれも秀逸。都内のお籠もり系ホテルとしては上位をキープする良いホテルだと思います。
2階のみやびフロアは京都を感じる落ち着いたお部屋。庭園ビューが最高。東京らしくなく、落ち着ける。一方、11階は周りのマンションビュー。笑 その分？アメニティやドライヤー、お風呂はグレードアップされている。
