Open till 11pm sun-thurs; fri & sat go till midnight. They make announcements for vendors to stop cooking 30 min before close ...AKA good deals as they try to get rid of perishable food for the day!

Take NYC summer st vendors + carnival games & contests + italian restaurants spilling into the streets w/ pre-fixe menus...gets more authentic the farther south you get into Little Italy from Nolita

Italian food heaven!! We look forward to this each September to get our fix of all the mozzarella, meatballs, and sausage we can handle. Can be quite crowded, so be prepared to wait.

Fair food galore! Get the funnel cakes, the mozzarella-pancake thing, the strawberry daiquiri in coconuts and fried everything!

Some stands raise the prices on the weekend! Ferrara has the best chocolate cannoli and get your Italian Sausage from Lucy's! Try the paella too!

Pretty standard every year. Don't worry if you pass a good vendor as you walk through, these folks have more than one booth throughout the entire fest.

They put a ton of alcohol in the piña coladas if you ask nicely. And enjoy the street sausage and corn.

Stop by the Rubirosa stand, the 8" mini-pizzas are delicious! The rest of the feast is a bit chaotic...

Every year I head straight to the Mozzarella Steak Sandwich.. No Exceptions.. It's the best thing out there, never disappoints!
