The location is awesome especially for Hello Kitty fans. There are a lot of merchandise and photo taking areas. The downside is only the music keeps repeating. It's my 20+ times listening to it...

A must for Hello Kitty Die Hard Fans! It offers lots of pastries and downstair has hello kitty accessories on sale. Nice and cozy restaurant.

An impressive 3-storey house, Dessert and drinks were beautiful with some kitty branding which was nice to see but not tasty. Overall, this place is good for kitty fans to take many pictures only.

food are so so only, this place crowed is because of ppl want to come here for photo taking and at the same time they have to order food to eat.... ALL KIND OF AGE PEOPLE ARE CRAZY TO TAKE PHOTO HERE!

This place need to be a little bit refresh and the deco less cold. May be need more plush and pillows. And music more appropriate. The drink are delicious but the cake is not that good.

Not much merchandise available at gift shop (go down to the basement!), crazy pricey even for an umbrella. Heard the food and drinks were bad, so we skipped it entirely.
