- Amol KMay 1, 2015Listen, it's not nice as Flagship Lounges in LAX or JFK, or anywhere near a true international First Class Lounge. But the staff is awesome and they make your travel life easier.
- Adrian LeungJanuary 8, 2013The Continental Breakfast does not cut it and the flagship lounge at JFK is better with proper hot breakfast! I strangely can't locate the orange juice this morning! But bar is opened!
- Andrew OsmanApril 23, 2014Rather top-of-the-notch! Thanks Dianne: stellar job of welcoming me, issuing my connecting boarding pass & reassigning my seat to ensure a fwd aisle. #AmericanAir pls acknowledge accordingly.
- CalvinOctober 3, 2014Strange lounge. No departures board! Good alcohol selection and bottled water, which are both nice. But, limited food selection and worn out furniture. Relatively peaceful though.
- Really good for AA standards. Guinness, no showers, usually good soup.
- What this lounge lacks is shower facilities, it makes up for in Guinness cans. :-)
- Heidi JenningsNovember 4, 2012VERY average for a "flagship" AA have A LOT to learn from other carriers' lounges ... a LOT....if you aren't flying from this terminal you have a long walk for a free bev!
- Stuart NolanFebruary 20, 2012Walk all the way to the end of the earth. But don't expect a shower. That privilege is reserved for sapphires in the pleb club.
- Shauna SeresinJuly 27, 2012AA.....sorry don't think I'll fly with you guys again! My mummy always says 'you get what you pay for'.....yep indeedy!!!!
- Christie ParsonsAugust 7, 2016Nothing. For a flagship lounge this lounge is out of date and needs major upgrading
