If you order a salad with 3 or more substitutions, just get the make your own salad option...or at least stand behind me in line.

Almost any creation is tasty. Recent faves: New Mexico Verde and Saigon Vegan. Take note of the calorie count, though, since some options seem to run a little higher than you'd want for a salad lunch.
