DO NOT expect them to run on-time. They say every 30min. Expect every 45-60 min. Try the Q33 to the E to the JFK airtrain. Cheaper and you won't stand around waiting.

Good timely service bus with comfortable seating and free direct shuttle to hotel from Grand Central. Also, idling AC bus "office" at GC while waiting for bus to airport

Don't bother with the free hotel shuttles at Grand Central unless you want to drive around Manhattan for w hours!

for the money you save over a yellow cab, at jfk you can treat yourself to a stale egg salad sandwich to eat while waiting for your backup flight to also be cancelled.

50 minutes waiting for the bus, even though the sign said "Departures Every 30 Minutes."
