Beautiful gardens - theRookery, remnants of the ancient Great North Wood, Free children’s paddling pool, great cafe, natural amphitheatre hosting plays, jazz, outdoor films. Orchard & craft brewery!

Walk all the way down to the end of the rookery gardens you will find a free outside tennis court, perfect summer hideaway to practise!

Apparently it's a "controlled drinking zone". Someone should tell that to the guys drinking White Lightning here at 9.30am

Possibly the worst place to go for a run, unless you like running up a massive hill like a maniac to be greeted by a swamp. The Rookery gardens are beautiful though.
