The wait is usually long. This location serves alcohol. Try the albacore tartare and habanero rolls. Not good for parties bigger than 3.

The crunchy roll is delicious!! Green salads are always fresh & great tasting!!

California Roll with Smelt Egg is the best! Same for the Dynamite Roll!- Spicy albacore tartare on a wonton and their white tuna... Yum!!
- One of my favorite places in SoCal. Makes the UCLA area bearable.

- There's now two of them next to each other! Practically no lines now, even for dinner.
The people that work there aren't overly concerned with take-out orders. I had to wait 15 min to get an order of gyoza, which had been ready to go. Leaving with cold gyoza - not happy :(
DRAZJanuary 31, 2012Traveled through California for three weeks this was the first terrible meal. Sushi was the worst that California has to offer. It was cheap but it would have been cheaper and tastier to go to McD's
Crap service but decent casual sushi at very reasonable prices.
Good place to watch a game. I don't think the other locations (other than the New Japan one on Santa Monica) have TVs.
