Megabus employees are super helpful & nice. If you miss your bus, you can pay a nominal fee and get on the next one. Reserve early to get a great price. The wifi is unreliable. Wish they would fix.

Seriously, people: QUITCHERBITCHIN. Way cheaper and more comfortable than Greyhound, Megabus is one of the best deals you can find in this city. So what if it's not perfect?

Line is usually long. Be sure to ask to you're on the right line and ask what time bus ppl are taking. the walk isn't bad but u do have to wait outside so be prepared. Get there early for seats.

Make sure to dress for the elements as the stop is not covered; grab food unless you have cash and want to utilize the vendors; and pee ahead of time unless you're fine with exposing yourself to peeps

You’re really subject to whatever nature throws at you at this station. No shade/cover, no seats, nothing. Wind, rain, blazing sun - and of course your bus is often late.

The food trucks here don't display prices for a reason. $8 falafel pita. $7 smoothie-that-is-not-a-smoothie. You might want to ask before you buy.

Spend a few bucks and take a cab here, you might think it's walkable but usually it's not.

Well, my bus was 2 hours late, on a freezing rainy day. This is on the street. Get there early, line up. Have snacks in case of delays, or there are street carts. But it would be nice to have shelter.

DC bound: Washington deluxe is better. Or even greyhound with the new pay 20 to also get the seat next to you option. If you're a baller go with The Jet bus.

I've always had comfortable and reliable service on the Albany <---> NYC route. Sometimes a little early, sometimes a little late. Always convenient.

Best option for NYC to Albany. Cheap and easy. No problems with late busses (even got to my destination early). Will recommend again!

The waiting area is a big open space so prepare to freeze while waiting for you're bus in the winter time… or sweat in those hot days in the summer.

New location(s)!!! For drop offs: 28th street and 7th ave...for pick ups: 34th street in between 11th and 12th aves. Don't get confused! :) also, check out the beautiful skyline and buildings.

I am definitely impressed with the new labels for each line, so you know which group of people is going to which city. I used to hate having to ask at least three people for info.

$5 cab ride from 34th and 7th. Well worth it if you're running late, handicapped, or hate walking like previous tip users

Don't bother getting here extra early. It won't matter and you'll still get a seat. It's like Noah's ark on these buses. (Trust me I ride so much I should buy stock)

Right by the water; wear/bring a hat so all the seagulls and other birds don't poop on your head. One, a gull, got me on my shoulder (coat sleeve).. Huge mess

Most confusing and nerve racking way to travel from NY to Baltimore (or is it "Balt/DC"?) Be on your toes at all times! Long lines turn into games of "telephone". Employee to rider ratio = about 1-200

How long before megabus is kicked out of this location, just like the other ones.. If they move any farther west they'll be in New Jersey.

Not sure why the buses are all consistently late. Thought this new location would be a better logistical spot than the former one at Port Authority...but the buses to Philly are still late as ever.

If you've never taken a moving trampoline for over four straight hours and $30 or less, congratulations, because you've come to the right place. How this bus's wheels haven't fallen off yet is nuts.

Depart time 8.30AM arrive to Phily at 11.05. So it's only 2h35m for fanny $5.00. Plus WC, free vi-fi and personal 110v plug!

Be prepared for late buses, non working outlets, spotty WiFi service, and tired drivers that need relief part way through your trip. Service is rapidly declining as they focus on expansion.

This bus stop is outside, so dress appropriately. There are no benches -- either stand, or sit on the sidewalk. McDonald's about a block away if you need food or restroom while waiting.

Probably the shittiest bus service in existence already and getting worse by the day. Super out of pocket with outrageous fares on weekends. $72 one way to get from DC to NY!? Let's be real Megabus.

Just remember more often times than not the bus your taking is probably late. Remember to block out that time accordingly, waiting on the sidewalk and pray that it doesn't rain.

Always late, longest lines. Add an extra 40 minutes to an hour for rides between 4:30 p.m to 6 p.m in addition to boarding the bus a half hour late.
