- Leo GonzalesSeptember 22, 2017Passengers arriving from international flights and connecting to other international flights need to clear immigration, pick up bags, and clear security. Long connections are for the best.Upvoted 1 week ago
- Joris EversDecember 9, 2011The Aeromexico Premier Lounge has great service and a nice drinks selection, the food offering is limited though.Upvoted Jan 4

- Busy busy all the time. Can't wait for the new airport if it's ever built.
- Karin GattringerNovember 5, 2017Be sure to keep your baggage tag, they will check it when you pick up your bags.
- Omar VillaseñorJanuary 30, 2019Most of the bathrooms are lacking of good cleaning and maintenance. Generally airport is smelly and the baggage carousels need a big improvement (renewal). Picking up your bags can take forever!
- The Centurion lounge in this terminal is nice, but you need to be a platinum or black AMEX member. If not, no worries, the Aeroméxico lounge is cool, and the duty free area is huge! Restrooms clean.
- RaniaAugust 23, 2023Check in with bags was seamless using Aeromexico. Lots of good food options. It’s worth using their app to keep updates on gates. They only announce them 1hr in advance & might not show on the board.
- There are 2 lounge for travelers before going through security! Where you get complimentary food and drinks and wifi!
- Eduardo Del AngelSeptember 17, 2019Nice terminal. You should taste some Mexican plates, if your looking for a real Mexican food you can choose ALFA Bar or La Taba.
- Daniel CortésDecember 8, 2019Talking about Terminal 1 and 2, this will be the best one, though thanks to the lack of a new airport, it gets really crowded.
- Amazing food in Maison Kayser in Terminal 2, keep the concept of the restaurant in a very small piece of space.. 🙌🏼
- Check out the Aeromexico VIP salons. They always have great service, food and drinks !
- No matter what time of year, bring layers. The building is drafty, with very diffuse natural light.
- Ankur BanerjeeJanuary 4, 2017Uber pickups at the moment are done from the same exits / doors as the taxi rank - there is no separate location.
- Welcome to a Country where an AHole AmLO decided to keep the airports as 3rd world clss
- Security checkpoint for national flights is on the left side of the terminal, international on the right side.
- Jorge CisnerosJanuary 2, 2020To buy pesos go to departure second floor, to sell pesos go to the arrive first floor
- EallinApril 26, 2013Don't pay attention to the signs that say "connections" what they mean is National Connections.
- Not always is possible, but if you have the chance you better get into a VIP lounge. The airport is always crowded
- Its not a easy terminal consider two hrs before if you check bags, security check point is totally ridiculous they decide which things pass and which not.
- There is a free bus that takes you to terminal 1 but comes every 25 min so better take the red bus (metrobús) that costs $12.5 pesos.
- Hit the Chili's after security. Makes for a lovely in-flight experience.
- Get ready to wait for two hours for your luggage…
- MauroMay 18, 2013The only transfer between terminals in late hours is a bus that charges 12.50 pesos per person.
- Jose FloresAugust 20, 2012Make sure to bring your immigrant form if you're flying out of the country.
- Look around, the enchant of permanent miracle
- Nothing particularly good. Just the most boring terminal ever.
- Rob WilliamsJune 10, 2012So, inside security you can't buy a drink to bring on the plane but the Chili's Too gives you a real steak knife. WTF!?
- Lisa WiseOctober 23, 2020Why in the world this airport and this terminal in particular smell so bad??? It bumps into your nose right after you leave the plane! Esta muy mal.
