- Mihai ColibanApril 6, 2014Good food selection for a lounge - 4 warm dishes, salad, desserts, dim sum, noodles, fruits. Free wifi. Showers. Good service. True - sometimes crowded and dated furniture. Over all - good experience.
- Michael DorsherJune 19, 2013If there's nothing to watch out the windows, make your way past the first area an up the stairs to the back. Much nicer space
- Ivan NDecember 29, 2014There is a little hidden gem on the upper deck of the lounge to hide from crowds
- Awesome food, ignore the other comments. They clearly don't appreciate a good beef steak or curry
- @mrchrischong Chris ChongMarch 4, 2013Take a walk around the lounge first. There is more food and quieter seating in the upper area.
- The bottle water is huge here. They should consider going with the smaller bottles.
- Alex ComerfordSeptember 28, 2013It's a shared use lounge operated by the airport and not the airline YOU are flying on so the food offerings are designed to please everyone and not a specific palate. Not bad compared to some.
- Tommi SaikkonenJune 23, 2012In contrast to some previous comments, I found decent warm food here. About 3-4 different courses plus the usual rolls.
- José MarquesDecember 29, 2014Very little food choices. There's a quieter area if you walk up the stairs on the left.
- One of the best things about this lounge is the fish spa underneath it. Free wifi as your feet get nibbled!
- Minji CJune 24, 2014Don't say it's the worst lounge because of the fact that you can use free wifi, plugs besides the chairs in the downstairs. Food is warm and taste good enough. Even sandwich is not cold at all.
- Xiangi TjokroMarch 14, 2011Love the dimsum menu and sometimes they have briyani rice and some sandwiches. Better than nothing
- Juan DiezFebruary 28, 2012Cathay Pacific's lounge among others. If flying Cathay and you are OneWorld, try the Qantas lounge, better and not too crowd
- Richard LaiMay 1, 2013Pretty good food here. Not as glamorous as other CX lounges but it does the job.
- Mike AddisonMarch 29, 2012They finally added a (limited) hot breakfast for those of us on the 6:10 AM Delta flight. A huge improvement. Yay!
- Rick TanAugust 21, 2011Don't expect anything and u will be fine. Be happy be Wi-Fi, drinks, simple snacks, bathroom, showers facilities.
- One of the worst business class lounge I have ever been to in this life. Please skip this unless you want to grab some can of beers or booze. The food is pretty much inedible.
- Agreed this is one of the worst lounges. The food is bad and the furniture is old. (Time to get some decent sofas and chaise!). What a let down!
- Nice and quiet. Spacious area up a few stairs next to the showers.
- Gary SuenAugust 31, 2012Much better than the rainforest lounge by sats on the other side of the terminal.
- Mike SandbergNovember 28, 2012Food is fine for what it is. Lounge food. Your at a 5 star restaurant. Get over it
- Jesse BernhardtJanuary 29, 2013It's nice not sure what everyone is whining about .. Maybe they should just go sit downstairs with everyone else
- Gourmet TravellerMay 10, 2014Cathay Pacific should send their business and first passengers elsewhere. Maybe the Qantas lounge? This isn't a premium lounge and shouldn't be used by an airline like Cathay Pacific.
- This place desperately needs improvement. Not the best sight for the frequent traveler.
- CX lounge at Changi Airport. Sit at the long bar to get the view and away from the nattering suits.
- Alas the only thing certified halal are the cup noodles
- Duncan MurrayMay 10, 2014Terrible lounge - needs a good clean! Avoid if you have BA/Qantas lounge access. Only plus side is that it's open when the others aren't.
- Linda LeeNovember 20, 2012Food is not so good; limited selection, food temperature not right and they always run out of food and don't bother to replace!
- Calvin OngMarch 15, 2013Disgusting contract lounge, gets crowded easily. Poor food offerings and lack of staff. 10 minutes is all you need really.
- Andy WJune 8, 2012Ignore the "top tip" about there being no food. There is food and the comment is 20 months old.
- Doug ChavezOctober 30, 2014This lounge is horrible. Zero desk level tables, crap furniture and mediocre food and beverage. The only upside is plenty of power outlets
- Terrible food here! probably the best thing is the instant noodles.
