Pancetta Benedict has been my favorite Benedict in the world since I first tried it 2 years ago. Very authentic Swedish kanelbulle and Italian walnut cookies are to die for as well.

It's a tiny place, so put down your name & expect a 20-30 min wait at least on weekends.

Best breakfast place in Seattle. Great espresso coffees, awesome dishes and tremendous specials. Expect 1 hour wait on the weekends.

Definitely the best hollandaise sauce for eggs benny I’ve ever had.
Their Benedicts are awesome. My fav: Speck Benedict with avocado.
