LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. Amazing south garden is a beautiful oasis for drinks and eats, the cafe out front is great and narcissa is one of my favorite restaurants.
Penthouse may not exist, but get a room on 20 or 21 facing East and the view really is expansive. May not be all that gorgeous, but you can spy the whole east village!
Four of the last five times I stayed here minibar charges have appeared even though I didn't touch it. Especially since it's always Gummi bears, which I can't eat. Double check your bill!

Ask for a room on the higher floor. The rooms are pretty small and so is the TV. But who needs one when you can stare at the Manhattan skyline. Great rooftop bar.
