Gabriel SeahApril 24, 2019Tokwa't Baboy is plain deep fried tofu and pork belly with a sweet vinegar sauce. It tastes better than it sounds; adobong puso rice is fried with pork belly and served in a banana leaf. Decent.

Tuesday night. Not full. Aircon seems off. Pork sisig not sizzling. Garlic rice has no garlic taste. Bangus sinigang has hard vegetables.
