The elevated grass patches and benches make it a nice place to sunbathe in the summer though noise from the nearby heliport can get loud.

Absolutely beautiful place to spend one's lunch break. The lawn roofs are wonderful.

Not half as many tourists as Pier 17; seemingly more New Yorkers.
