The combined flavors in the sorrel rice bowl suggest how sunshine on a lemon tree might taste, and the ricotta toast painted with three jams resembles a flag to which I’d gladly pledge allegiance. Read more

I recommend the Horchoffee, vegan horchata with double espresso. Unique items so get adventurous! Popular item to try is the Famed Ricotta Toast. There is a long line and street parking only.

Crispy rice salad is a must! That’s mainly the reason I go to Sqirl every weekend. The rainbow famed ricotta toast is to die for. Also, try the honeycomb cookie and the malva pudding cake. Just YUM!

Yes, you’re going to have to wait in line, but is there a more LA experience than digging into SQIRL’s ricotta toast with housemade seasonal jam (and Instagramming it after)?

Delicious cold brew and hot coffee. You can skip the line and go to the front if you want your drink to go. For food I'm all about the pesto bowl as a salad (kale instead of rice) with an extra egg.
