Here, you'll pass between life-sized cardboard cutouts of Mr. Kang himself, sit around a tabletop grill under a wrestling poster and eat ungodly amounts of barbecued pork neck, bulgogi and pork belly. Read more

Best Korean BBQ - 2012! Cuts of rib-eye are beautifully marbled, the pork belly sliced just so, & dosirak, shaken tableside with a fried egg, is a most entertaining side dish! -Garrett Snyder Read more

My steady kbbq joint every LA visit. Amazing quality meat and incredible dipping sauce and salads. Egg moat is tricky to cook but so worth it (ask your servers for help if you need it).

My favorite when in Koreatown. Good quality of meats, soft enough that it feels like it starts to melt in your mouth. It gets packed pretty quick so come early or be prepared to wait for sometime.

This barbecue newcomer does a few things really well-high-quality cuts of beef and pork in a rather dingy and smokey room that somehow feels just right, like a place you'd see in Hongdae. Read more

One of the most popular Korean BBQ places in LA. The staff is charmingly serious about making sure your meat is cooked to perfection. There's a long wait, so be sure to time this strategically.

They give you a call on your cell phone 5 minutes before your table is ready, which is nice so you can walk around or go to a bar while you wait!

Really good and authentic Korean BBQ. Only downside is that your clothes will end up stinking... but I guess that's sort of expected in BBQ places

The beef combo is excellent. Enough for four five people. Corkage is $25 per bottle. Noisy with a large crowd. No waiting on our Monday night visit. They don’t do reservations.

Beef combo. Love the accompaniments: mung bean & scallion salad, cheesy corn, fried egg, raw tofu. Lunchbox rice. Very long wait so put name on list & drink nearby.

The pork neck is amazing! Pork is their specialty. Take advantage of it. Hands down the best pork bbq and pork selection. Valet parking is behind the Chapman Plaza area. Expect to wait.

To eat the eggs..you must cook it on high heat with the metal grill with less holes!!! But be careful not to burn your meat! 😋

The wait is usually more than an hour from 6pm-10pm on weekends. Come for an early (or late) dinner to dodge the line.
