Burgers were gigantic, but the pretzel bun made it worth the mess. The bacon is a must. This is a great place to go & learn about beer. Our waiter took us back to the 18th century in a history lesson!

Beer Geek here : great selection, very decent prices. Didn't get a chance to try the food but the chef has won awards for his work so it should be great also. One of the best beer bars in Houston.

Haven't seen a place with this many cask beers available in a while. Some great cellar stuff available and $3 happy hour daily from 3-6:30pm - go to town!

Some of the best craft beer you can find on tap and cask, where they serve cold water at the table in used 40's bottle, like Olde English "800" or Mad Dog 20/20.

My favorite beer selection, knowledgeable bar tenders, and very good food (on the bar food scale). The chicken fried steak, chicken tenders, and burger are especially good

The Butcher's Burger and it's homemade nature is best enjoyed in its simplicity, but you can always top it with bacon and/or a fried egg.

The beers on tap are constantly changing but so far there's always been a Belgian sour or two available. If you like sour ale you won't be disappointed.

Would have liked to experienced the whole menu and not just a brunch option. Also if you know you sold out of a certain beer the night before, you probably should take it off the beer menu.

Wonderful food/ drinks. Wonderful value. As fellow bartenders, was appalled by excruciatingly rude service. Fedoraded db blew his nose behind the bar then immediately poured a beer. Craft snot.
