Obviously the goat dumplings, but also try the chicken liver mousse and the cha ca snapper. There's a cream of corn ice cream that comes with the pecan cheesecake that's really delicious.

Underbelly's servers won't lead you wrong. Highlights were the Pork-a-palooza, Korean braised beef & dumplings, and crispy market vegetables. Save room for the vinegar pie -- a must!

Dessert is amazing, definitely save room. You can't go wrong with any of their fried pies, and don't shy away from the vinegar pie, which actually tastes quite citrusy. Outstanding overall!

Red snapper was amazing. As was the fig+goat cheese dessert. Lisa was a fantastic server and was very knowledgable. Plus they have their own butcher and curing room. All around a great experience.

Absolutely delicious. We ordered a big roast and 7 other smaller dishes (the dumplings really are amazing) for 5 people. Maybe it was too much food, but every single dish was amazing.

You can order the spicy goat dumplings as a nice little appetizer as well as a full meal. It's lightly / flash fried and chewy like gnocchi.

I will personally vouch for their in-house homemade fresh cheeses! If mozzarella or burrata is on the menu, order it. Trust me, I'm a Dairymaid.
