David FelfoldiMay 31, 2012A bit pricey ($25/class), but worth it once to check out the torque/RPM/power LED HUD, 42" leader boards, & excellent trainer. The free towels & fruit isn't a bad idea, either!
The new studio accommodates 60+ people per class. Everything is new - bikes, shoes, torq pad. Which means it's clean! Not enough bathrooms, plenty of showers.

Love the spin classes - good music, instructors that push you, and who doesn't prefer to sweat in a dark room?
Great playlists....wish they would post them for everyone. Maybe a future feature.
How spin is supposed to be done. Sign up early & get into Dani's class - best instructor you'll ever have!- Cathy O is the best teacher. Also recommend both Melissa's and Ashley

Charlotte location is much better. Showers here suck and hotel hairdryers are quicker than these. Also, Cathy O has no clue how to teach safely so avoid her.
