    if your ID card is about to expire, then make sure its been renewed or spend a lot of time in reception admiring the ceiling and wallwork

    Use the fire escape stairs rather than the main stairwells; they're a closer set spiral so less distance to travel between floors.

    Get some added exercise by taking the stairs instead of the lift. Even the 5th floor isn't too exhausting
