Best cupcakes in Houston. I've tried cupcakes from different shops in and around town & hands down What's Up Cupcake is certainly the yummiest. Try one of their cupcakes with cream cheese icing.

These are better than Crave. I bought several flavors of cupcakes for a birthday gift and I accidentally ate a red velvet before I could even present them. I felt no shame. They were irresistible.
