Used to be a place I would frequent a lot but of late, the staff has started to restrict adding more veggies even when I'm requesting to have more lettuce, I only end up with a very little added in.

The staff at the counter needs to get their act together. There is a lack of listening skills, and when the queue extends beyond the door, it can take more than 12 minutes to finally pay.
