Imagine asking for a food delivery and the service elevator is like this, your food will be contaminated and for sure will get cold coz the elevator is always busy.

If you want to rent in this building-be sure to go for one of the "sponsor units" and you can avoid the hefty condo package fee. Huge apartments with stunning views and a top notch health club.

What's good here is the front of the building but in the service area, it is filty dirty, discusting and even the service elevator men are mean.

Elevators are terrible and a ton of entitled brats live here, this building is old despite the fancy and spacious lobby, staff is helpful.
