- Great coaches, great shower and bathroom facilities too! Shampoo conditioner body wash provided and they have a hair dryer too. No excuses to not work out.
- SportaneousNovember 5, 2012The biggest crossfit gym in the world. Free intro classes are a great way to try this out, but be warned you might get addicted
- GreatistFebruary 16, 2012Feeling beat? Consider scaling down today's WOD or taking a rest day. 3 days on, 1 day off can work under ideal conditions, but you're a busy New Yorker. Take some time for extra rest!
- So many classes (almost every 20 minutes!), great coaches, and best of all: showers & towels!! That means I can sneak out for a WOD during lunch. Despite its size, still feels like a small community.
- Joel CorpusMarch 15, 2012This box is pretty awesome! They have a much larger gym that they hope to move in full time. A must if you are a crossfitter!
- Great coaching staff. The fundamentals classes are now 8 instead of 4 for people trying to join
- Clean showers and bathrooms. Super friendly instructors.
- Jacqueline EspirituJune 5, 2015Visiting crossfitter & was disappointed with my class. Not challenging, didnt break sweat, larger classes, less personalization. Didn't even get a greeting. And class only lasted 45 mins. I want $ bak
- Buy some gymnastics tape if you’re going to do a lot of bar work, it’s only $3 at the front desk!
- Morning WODs are less crowded. Huge help because of space issues (like anything in manhattan)
- Best CrossFit in NYC! Check out their free beginners classes to learn how to get prepped to take the real classes!
- Halstead PropertyDecember 9, 2011"For our clients who don't have much time in the day, most CrossFit workouts only take 40 minutes and you feel it at the end. No rest in between sets but definitely a fan."
- Lots of classes and great coaches. Join the cult!
- This box is located right next to a McDonald's #ChallengeAccepted
- A real matador works out here ... when you meet him ask him about callous management
- Overheard. "What should we do on our off days?" Coach: "Go to a regular gym."
- Not as awesome as United Barbell in San Fran but it'll have to do!!
