Great coaches, great shower and bathroom facilities too! Shampoo conditioner body wash provided and they have a hair dryer too. No excuses to not work out.

So many classes (almost every 20 minutes!), great coaches, and best of all: showers & towels!! That means I can sneak out for a WOD during lunch. Great coaching staff. The fundamentals classes are now 8 instead of 4 for people trying to join

Jacqueline EspirituJune 5, 2015Visiting crossfitter & was disappointed with my class. Not challenging, didnt break sweat, larger classes, less personalization. Didn't even get a greeting. And class only lasted 45 mins. I want $ bak- Buy some gymnastics tape if you’re going to do a lot of bar work, it’s only $3 at the front desk!
Morning WODs are less crowded. Huge help because of space issues (like anything in manhattan)
