- :)September 8, 2011If you're in urgent care and can still see and hear, you're in luck - they have a TV and play movies. I saw Rush Hour 2, Home Alone and Shrek as I waited.
- I work in the ER. Be nice to the nurses. Because honestly, the level of care you get is dependent on how you treat the nurses.

- WhiskeyAvengerJuly 4, 2018This hospital is great for the trauma unit. Not so much for knee surgery. They tossed out my mother without her clothes a few days after botching her knee replacement. Fuck this place!

- The only TBI center, if you ride a bike w/o a helmet in SF this place is probably your best chance for a good outcome in the entire country. Primary care needs? go somewhere else. Trauma only.
- Edward VallecilloFebruary 27, 2012Need a good, clean restroom? Go through main lobby toward radiology. Turn left at the hallway before the second bank of elevators. Go into the radiology waiting room. Two unisex bathrooms available
- Some of the staff members here are actually very nice

- save yourself some money and park in the streets Saturday & Sunday. It's free and not limited to 1 hr like on the weekdays.
- nmkAugust 14, 2010During construction, the UCSF shuttle makes two stops here - first, on 22nd St then it circles around the back of the hospital to stop again on 23rd at the Muni 48/10 stop.
