Rooms facing the pool & marina have balconies. They are called Spectacular or Fabulous. The rooms called Wonderful face properties and don’t have balconies

They have a spectacular breakfast for you early risers.- Free internal shuttle. Service B takes you all the way to Beach Station. Connect to the light rail system, other internal bus services, & even F&B outlets along the beach!

amazing hotel!! Too exclusive location making travel around a bit tough! Other than that, there's nothing that I can complain about this place!

A little underwhelming if you've been to the other Ws, but still a unique experience nonetheless in Singapore.- Complimentary parking for guests. Ask for exit pass from front desk

- Betty LimDecember 7, 2012Housekeeping standards ain't up to standards. Found curly short hair all over the sheets when we checked in. Second room given had longer hair on the pillow too. Quite disappointing.
The very limited shuttle bus service and they rejected my request for a late checkout left a sour note on my stay.
SandipMay 12, 2013'Do not disturb' sign frequently ignored. Staff just walk into the room/call late at night & early morning.
