Cathérine V.DSeptember 7, 2016What a magnificent lobby! The location of the hostel is great, but it can get noisy at night. Kinda small room but you have everything you need. Breakfast are just waffles and some muesli.

- Dunc WAugust 7, 2013I found this place reasonably priced and of decent comfort for the price. There are also lots of rooms too,meaning your chance of scoring one is high compared with other smaller hostels etc.

Brittany BegleyJune 30, 2016A super sketchy area with lots of homeless people. I didn't stay there I just went into the lobby, wanted to see the inspiration to AHS Hotel. The staff are rude. I wouldn't stay there.
Personally, I've stayed at both private and shared bathroom rooms. I find that there is no issue with either. Take advantage of the free breakfast on the M level from 7:30 to 9. Great place for the $.
Michael RobocopFebruary 21, 2014Great interior. Rooms are small but comfortable and staff is friendly. They have ping-pong, playstation and a small movie theater. Wi-Fi is painfully slow and available only in lobby.

Good for budget traveler!- I take back my positive feedback. This is part of the Cecil. I've stayed at Stay a lot, and I can say definitively, they are ass holes. Prepare 2 pay 4 fees that arent your responsibility at check out
I loved it here! It was affordable and modern. Don't forget to ask where the kitchen and the hangout rooms are. They sometimes forget to tell you. & Go around the corner to babycakes for desserts! 
TopStreams.NetNovember 9, 2014Horrible place, with shared shower and toilet on a number if floors. Lobby is very misleading - inside rooms are small and untidy looking. Smell of weed in corridors. Cheap motel is cheap.
Jaden FunesJuly 23, 2013This hotel sucks. I mean it has nice decor but other than that its a NO. It is way overrated. Not a real hotel. Its hostel. You share bathrooms with other guests! Plus the rooms smell bad!

El Random HeroAugust 25, 2012These rooms use to be for low income folks who could barely get by. They got kicked out by new owners when they decided to remodel and cater to hipsters. And yes, this place is haunted.

I really didn't mind the room size. Great location

Sergio AliagaMay 24, 2014Haven't had a problem with the staff like every one else has suggested, in fact they've been nothing but friendly and helpful. Also not sure where everyone else has grew up at but the area isn't bad.
Melih ErdoganJuly 13, 2013it's good for travellers 1. it's cheap, 2. its location is perfect because it's walking distance away from all buses and the metro station. rooms are small, but it's clean and safe + breakfast is ok.

JulianaFebruary 20, 2014Hotel simples, porém limpo e com staff solícitos. Quarto privativo bom e confortável. Bem localizado no centro de Los Angeles e próximo de metro.
La localización cerca a la estación del Metro es lo ideal. Es bonito, tiene gimnasio, una área de entretenimiento, wifi, el personal es muy atento. Lo malo es el desayuno.
