- SubtleBladeJuly 27, 2014Head deep inside to the bar as you reach it turn to your right and then back on yourself and grab a seat in the covered yard. 2nd best station pub after The Station Tap on Platform 1 of Sheffield Stn.
- Dave MilneMay 18, 2018There’s lots of good pubs in London, but if you’re arriving at King’s Cross you don’t need to leave the station to find one. Tucked away at the back it has lots of hand pumps / seats & free toilets!
- Thomas KingstonSeptember 17, 2013Excellent food and beer. Plenty of seating ranging from bar style to a comfy lounge setting and a dining room overlooking the platforms. Fully recommend the burger!Upvoted Mar 10
- Francesco de VirgilioJanuary 23, 2015Never thought a so nice and cozy place would have been in a so big train station, nice beers and a massive amount of space and tables, some of them with a view on the departing trains.
- Great station pub, with bags of character. Ideal if you get to the station early, with snacks meals and drinks at standard London prices. Friendly service.
- James NugentSeptember 30, 2012Usually pubs in a station are dreadful but this is a great pub by any standards. Great selection of beers, original station memorabilia and cavernous rooms to explore.
- Tom WoolvertonJanuary 12, 2020Outside of the rush hour periods, this is a really nice spot to spot for a drink if passing through the station (the toilet is also nicer than the station one!).
- Stephen CrockerMarch 13, 2015Fast, friendly service and very tasty fish & chips. Free WiFi also very handy. Good view of the platforms and some areas have departure screens.
- Michael KalmanOctober 6, 2013Reliable burgers and Aspall on tap. Wont set the world on fire but it's good and the railway decor most appropriate
- Best station pub I've ever been to. Great selection of beers and tasty grub as well. Worth arriving early for your train to have a cold one.
- Ceara PixieApril 6, 2019Great for a cheeky bev before getting a train or to meet a friend. There are lots of table, you never struggle to find a seat.
- If you are travelling from Kings Cross and intend to have a pint, do it here. Great pub. Expensive (you get what you pay for), but isn't everything in a train station, especially the ticket office...
- Jo GroutMarch 13, 2014Good selection of beers in a nice atmosphere. Also, save yourself 30p by using the (nicer) toilets in here rather than the main station ones!
- AlistairNovember 3, 2014Pretty good for a station pub. Good drinks selection and decent food. They even sent a voucher for a free drink next time.
- Lovely pub, regardless of station location. Head up to the top floor if you want some quiet.
- Decent ale selection, head upstairs to the Loft Bar; surprisingly light & airy.
- Harry RobertsSeptember 14, 2014A really, surprisingly great bar. Plenty of nice space to make use of whilst waiting for your train.
- Fine beers in an interesting building. A little oasis away from the bustle of Platform 9 3/4
- Alex BaulchJanuary 26, 2014The function rooms hidden at the back are fantastic, especially the one with the Metallica pinball machine
- Got to be the best pub in a station anywhere? Actually a decent place for a drink, even if you're not catching a train
- Geraint JonesMarch 28, 2014Surprisingly classy - very pleasant place to kill time before a train. Free wifi and bazillions of power points.
- Roz ThomasOctober 2, 2014Lovely pub considering it's in a station. Lots of nooks and crannies to hide away in.
- Chris R (thechristophe)June 11, 2015Not a bad spot for a beer and a catch up. Decent if waiting for a train and separate dining area if you don't want to feel like you're eating in a pub.
- Nick GeorgeOctober 31, 2019Cool little spot in King's Cross with a great selection of wine and food.
- Other than the price of ale, this pub makes waiting for a train a pleasure. Tip: Guzzle a few pints of Fullers here and miss your train.
- Plwm BwmNovember 3, 2014Nice relaxing place to drink before a train journey. Burger is good. Fish and chips is a little bit too greasy
- If downstairs is busy head upstairs to The Loft Bar for a more relaxed experience.
- Stuart HillstonSeptember 17, 2013Head upstairs, fabulous open and airy bar, good to eat, good Fullers, a gem!
- Martin RichardsonMay 18, 2018Almost nice enough to consider coming here even if you weren’t waiting for a train. Almost.
- Can highly recommend the crayfish scotch egg and courgette fritters. Delish.
- Sarah DaviesJuly 28, 2013Loverly little pub in the station, hidden away- quickly forget about the nutters on the underground
- A hidden gem. Best part of kings cross. Well designed with some lovely beers.
- The Loft Bar, great airy space. Doesn't feel like a station pub at all!
- Elizabeth BJune 18, 2013Great atmosphere. Aspall cyder on tap! Not many food choices for people who don't eat mammals, though.
- OpinioN8 Hornsey and Crouch EndAugust 25, 2012I have always liked station bars and this place massively reinforces that opinion
- Dave MoffatOctober 20, 2017Pretty good for a station pub. Don't take up the table service, just queue at the bar, or you will be waiting twice as long for your drinks
- Great pub with a good selection of ales. Good for meetings, I find.
- Friendly staff, good beers.A peaceful place in Kings Cross station.
- In the summer head upstairs for super air conditioning with your drinks!
- The burgers are huge, tasty. Ask for them medium, even that is a bit overdone.
- EdSeptember 9, 2015Worth registering for the free wifi, they email you the next day with a voucher for a free pint.
