Long lines at immigration could be addressed with a scientific approach. By estimating the number of arriving passengers, authorities could determine the number of agents to reduce wait times.

Welcome to inefficiency. This airport can't handle lot of arrivals at the same time- Pay 1,000 THB to get fast track lane for faster check-in!!!
