Nice hotel with modern rooms and amazing location. Very "on brand" for Hyatt, great if you like Hyatt, not great if you want character. The staff were overwhelmingly helpful, very impressed.

Beautiful lobby, friendly and helpful staff, and a great central location in DC allowing you to get pretty much anywhere in ten minutes or less. Good choice for a hotel!

Breakfast buffet is a bit pricey at $20 a person, but you can't go wrong if you're a breakfast person. Omlette station with made to order omlettes as you wait. Fresh fruit, breads, pastries etc.

Beautiful atrium in the property. Super convenient location. Rooms could do with an update but are kept very clean and well maintained. Super convenience of pre-check in online.

1 of the best locations! Within walking distance to China Town, fashion retails, couple decent DC night clubs. N who doesn't appreciate a lil bit of luxurious staycation once in awhile? I noe i do.

Fantastic hotel. Wonderful room too. But I can't say that with great confidence because I'm staying in a two room suite with three bathrooms and a doorbell ;)

TeamTRI Tip: Great hotel! Water pressure in shower phenomenal and will be missed. Call early for valet..they are busy and service can take 10-15 minutes.

If one arrives at 4 pm and is told room won't be ready till 5 pm or 530 pm, "3 pm check-in" becomes an abstract concept to be pondered while waiting in an increasingly blind rage.

The photo was taken from room 293. Do turn the A/C fan to Hi or Low. It will be a bit noisy but definitely better than leaving it on "Auto" which will wake u up every time it goes On ond Off.

Very friendly staff and gorgeous facility, however charging $10 a day, per device, for wifi when you pay $300+ a night is ridiculous. Come on Hyatt, stop being greedy.

Wifi is throttled here so they can sell premium wifi, it's literally throttled at 1/10th of a mb hard to get anything done, not business friendly

Pros: Convienience. Cons: Not only is the internet not free, it is throttled unless you pay a higher price. There are other annoyances that make me question the room rates. The bed is nice though.

If you're staying here, spend time with the great decor. Thinking about redesigning your condo or apt, check out what the Hyatt has for sale. I love the chandeliers.
