Awesome building , UDR management ruined it. So many reasons as to why, a few are: rooftop restrictions, no fob in elevators (people off the street walk and use pool), windows cleaned every 18-24 mo's
Scott WilcoxAugust 1, 2013Great building, though now ruined by parties on the roof organised by inconsiderate residents who think it's Sandance beach. We all like to party, though building management need to get a grip!
