$220 Japanese wagyu chateaubriand or $180 Japanese wagyu rib eye. I can't decide. They are so good. If on budget, try the hamburg. Beats Astons and those wannabe steakhouses anytime

One of the best ever Hamburg. The choice of masa sauce aka demi-glace. Highly recommend

No need to over-splurge on the high end cuts - the ichibo cut is already buttery soft and flavorful
