- Honestly, I wasn't expecting much--we picked it out of convenience to the movies. It was terrific! The squid salad was excellent and the food was deliciously fresh. I'd love to come back.

- Amber RachaelOctober 13, 2013Very reasonably priced and good sushi/sashimi! Order the "Sushi for two!" It is a huge platter of sushi and sashimi and is enough for four people! The only con is that the wines are not good.
- Without a doubt the omakase sushi sashimi platters are the way to go. Although not on the menu, it comes with miso soup, salad and fried oysters. A tremendous value.
- The quality of the fish is fantastic! Fresh and yummy. And the lunch specials on chirashi, sushi and sashimi are so cheap for the amount of food you get :)
- Yisroel SolomonMay 22, 2017The "Manhattan" rolls are a favorite. This place is an overall good sushi joint. If you are looking for a good spot with friends, this is it.
- Nice atmosphere and an extensive, almost too-big-to-navigate menu. I really like the Mardi Gras Gone Wild special roll ad the sashimi tacos.
- letajanelleSeptember 14, 2016The Japanese tacos are delish and the Sushi platter for one is actually for 3 people!!!
- LizaAugust 19, 2014Great sushi. Get the sushi for one and split it with two. Dumplings were also delicious

- Jack GashiJanuary 10, 2014Sushi is good, but what's the point? There's a giant crowd to get in just, mainly people from Long Island. You either come here to be seen, or see someone from B-school
- The food, the service--everything is great here! Love the omakase entree. Def will leave you full and happy :).
- Leah FarrenMay 16, 2017Get the sushi for two...but split it with four people. It's enough sushi to feed a small village.
- Best sushi in town! And it’s reasonably priced. Out of control roll is really good.
- Patrick SiuSeptember 9, 2013The sashimi deluxe was excellent quality and an awesome deal. We liked it better than ordering 3 separate rolls.
- Seth TerpstraJuly 18, 2014The Chirashi (pictured) is an amazing deal for the generous amount and variety of delicious sashimi you get.
- a. hirataNovember 26, 2012$22 chirashi, worth it. soup was cold, salad dressing was on point, and actual chirashi had a nice fresh selection. my friends who ordered rolls were not satisfied, but I was!
- Brian DeVitoAugust 7, 2014One of the better sushi spots in the East Village. Try their sushi pizza and radish wrapped rolls.

- Sushi and sashimi combo is all you need to know. Service is slow but well worth the wait.
- Maria KJanuary 16, 2017The tuna "burger" was great. The k-Mac was too heavy for my taste (too much mayo). Good Japanese beer selection.

- Clarka HonzikuAugust 17, 2013One of the best sushi places in Manhattan. Too bad you cannot try everything at once ;)
- #FabuLIST Mac sliders, spicy tuna pizza, yellowtail jalapeño sashimi, and any of the rolls!
- Thumbs up on yellowtail jalapeno and the "crazy" tuna and salmon rolls. Service is mehh, menu is way too big and confusing, but food is good
- Vanessa V.July 19, 2013If you aren't getting the spicy tuna pizza, I have one question for you: why aren't you getting the spicy tuna pizza?
- Nicole NadelApril 15, 2012Wow!! Fantastic new sushi place that just opened on Thursday. Yellowtail Jalapeno is to die for!
- Ian GlazerJune 5, 2014Hamachi Kama appetizer was delicious, sushi rolls are pretty skimp with the fish. Too much rice.
- sara ngNovember 18, 2013Try the fried red bean ice cream for dessert. At $5, it's a delicious steal.
- JackieFebruary 23, 2014Good pricewise but it leads to a very long wait for both table and food. It's also extremely loud; I felt my voice going as I chatted whilst waiting for my dinner to arrive.
- Matt SzenicsMay 22, 2012Usually I cant tell the difference, but the sushi here is so good. Try the special rolls
