- DailyCandyFebruary 25, 2014It’s worth waiting in weekend lines for made-from-scratch donuts from the tiny, family-owned spot. Go for caramel bacon, Nutella cream puff, blueberry, & Atlanta’s answer to the cronut: the cro-dough.
- Amanda NouhanAugust 21, 2017Gourmet doughnuts! I take pride in knowing what makes a great doughnut and this place is it! Pricey, but 100 percent worth it. Go early for the best selection and to make sure you get them fresh.
- Janelle BosticDecember 15, 2015A doughnut worth standing in line for. Unlike any you've had before...amazing!! So far, my personal favorite is the coconut. The white chocolate peppermint comes in a close second; again, SO FAR!!
- Emery MathiesonApril 26, 2013Much to like about Revolution between many types of doughnuts, quaint location, and Kickstarter funded beginnings. Bacon and caramel was fantastic. Skip the strawberry, as Sublime's is far better.
- If I was on death row and had to pick a last meal, the salted caramel bacon doughnut would be my first pick. It is the perfect mix of salty, sweet decadence.
- Get there early or they will run out of donuts. It can happen. Their old fashion buttermilk donut is better than the salted caramel.
- PureWowJuly 27, 2016Get the peach slider: A sugar-coated doughnut filled with fresh, juicy peaches. This is Georgia, after all.
- Creative Loafing AtlantaMay 1, 2015The cinnamon apple fritter triggers memories rooted so deep, it’s as though the recipe were written into the human genome. The jumble of cinnamon-laced dough is fried to a molasses color and glazed. Read more
- Deanna RossMay 27, 2015I've eaten here a couple of times and they never disappoint! I want to try everything! They have great coffee too
- Phil KatzSeptember 5, 2016Excellent hipsterified donuts and coffee. The "Cro-Dough" is a bit of a disappointment to anyone whose had a real Cronut, but everything else is spot on.
- AdnaJuly 14, 2015Came here on a Sunday at 10 am and the line was out the door. Got the orange pistachio, which was the perfect balance of crispy and fluffy.
- stepherDecember 9, 2014Go early or your selection will be dramatically limited. Free street parking. Open Sundays. Vegan selections.
- Bernie DakeAugust 31, 2013This place was awesome. Great food. Great atmosphere. Great music. Try the Crunchy Mister or a CroDough - wow! Loved it! I will be back frequently.
- Creative Loafing AtlantaApril 25, 2013Revolution Doughnuts pretty much had me at "Salted Caramel and Bacon Doughnut." Darn right it's to die for — CL 100 Dishes style Read more
- Shamie DasJuly 3, 2015You would have imagined they would have figured out a more efficient work flow to accommodate for the early morning rush. This can't be a first - love wrapped around the store!
- Crunchy mister is highly recommended for a savory donut! There may be a line but it moves fast.
- Nicolaus SherrillAugust 13, 2015Honestly their vegan apple fritters are better than most other places' apple fritters. I'm not vegan so this is a big deal. Great little place.
- TrekSeptember 6, 2016Awesome place. Brought donuts in for my colleagues. They all enjoyed it. The donuts will definitely fill you up. Yeast is thick!
- The salted caramel is by far the best. I wish it was vegan! But there are plenty of other vegan options here for those of us who can't stomach dairy.
- All of the doughnuts are awesome! The line can get long when they first open so either get there early or wait a bit.
- Cassandra YoungAugust 17, 2013If you're looking for a savory twist on the doughnut, get a Mr. Crunchy. Toasted d'nut with ham, gruyere...OMG. GET. IT.
- Sara GardFebruary 23, 2014Friendly, delicious! Try the banana peanut butter fritter. Crunchy Mister is not to be missed when you want savory.
- Rockwell HunterApril 27, 2013Very good donuts in a nice spot. But be prepared for a wait. Their ordering and fulfillment could benefit from a process consultant.
- Pro tip: It’s all wonderful. But when in season do get the fruit “sliders.”
- Everything is awesome. Salted Caramel and the Pistachio donuts are my personal favorites.
- Uhm the doughnut with the ham and cheese. Magnificent! Coffee is good too. Watch your wallet though, expensive
- Rich WatsonMarch 2, 2015Maple bourbon, vanilla bean, and Revolution creme donuts. You won't be disappointed.
- Jack DanielFebruary 15, 2015Best doughnuts in town! Try the orange pistachio or the salt caramel one!!
- Kyia KpatrickSeptember 20, 2014Salted Caramel Cake donut was more like an undercooked cornbread. Walking in I saw a baby gnawing at one and wondered what the heck it was. A Total negative
- Ezra AdamsDecember 28, 2014Some of Atlanta's best doughnuts. It's a must-visit for the Decatur area.
- Atlanta Eats TVJuly 17, 2013Revolution Doughnuts will overthrow any notions you have of what you can top or fill a donut with. Read more
- Kyia KpatrickSeptember 20, 2014True Blueberry donut was good in theory, but in practice was ....meh. No real blueberries in sight and it was kinda like colored icing on a glorified dinner roll.
- Beth BondJuly 14, 2012I couldn't check-in. No cell service. Treat yourself to a carmel bacon doughnut. You won't regret it.
- Linzee GilbertMarch 15, 2014Carolyn Gilbert was here today with Jon, Brenda, Melissa, Ashton and Kaycee. Randi was here for 5 minutes. Enjoyed all the doughnuts.
- sarevie mischievieDecember 14, 2012gingerbread donut (cake) is sublime but may be seasonal. if it's not available, or if you prefer yeast, cinnamon sugar is an all-star.
- Christopher FredaDecember 1, 2015I was disappointed that they were out of the caramel and bacon doughnut, but the buttermilk bar was divine.
- AtlantaJuly 29, 2013Variety is the name of the game here with toppings including coconut, bacon and fresh fruit.
- September 2013: get the fig jam donut! Not like dried fig... like fresh.
- Percy JacksonAugust 31, 2013Good donuts. ... quite good.. let me know when you have a milk chocolate glazed
