- check out the noodle ampersand I made! udon and ramen are both great here. also, the ladies who work here are sooo nice.
- Andrew NormanMarch 26, 2017Big +1 for the tonkatzu ramen. Very substantive, filling, and that both is amazing rich and smooth! I'm not a big "corn in my soup" kind of guy, but in this dish it absolutely belongs, absolutely!
- Our favorites are the 49’er and Crunchy Lobster rolls. They also have a great happy hour that ends at 6:30, and includes one of the best spicy tuna rolls I’ve had.
- Andrew NormanMarch 26, 2017The beef curry is a good second dish to get if your significant other is getting the tonkatsu ramen. Really nice cuts of beef, more curry than rice. Comes with a nice substantial salad
- Best vegetarian sushi in SF. And from what I've been told, the fish is also really good. Recommend the Veggie Dragon Roll, inari, and garlic edamame. Can't recommend the gyoza.
- Tania ZapataJanuary 4, 2017The food is pretty solid at Kama Sushi. Our favorites are: Omakase, the 49ers roll and the grilled toro roll are great.
- Sabina B.July 8, 2016The salt & pepper skewers are all kinds of YUM. Great happy hour eats menu and service was super friendly and fast.
- Can't beat the lunch specials! Also, great nigiri and hand rolls. Big fan of the Salmon and Tako here.
- Omekase is the way to go! The Ramen and Curry are great choices too.
- Amy LiNovember 18, 2012Service was excellent, the food was good. Try the tuna poke salad on the happy hour menu, it was tasty and the price was good $4.50!
- Rico PaboritoApril 1, 2015The food was good, servings are good portions to fill u up. The staff are nice. Ambience is quiet but a little too dark/dim for eating esp tables near the entrance.
- Best Walu ever! Specials board is always impressive. The Sashimi was incredibly fresh! Chilled apps are delicious.
- Michael T CreamerDecember 6, 2014Delish...great service. Fast. Nice environment. Good prices and the food was very good
- Pedro SorrentinoJune 19, 2013Amazing Sushi Happy Hour. Salmon Avocado Roll is super fresh. Wash it down with a Sapporo.
- One sushi chef for lunch is not enough. Place had a solid chirashi bowl the first week it was open, but it seems to keep going down hill.
- Jesse GarzaJune 8, 2012We'd come back for the seafood salad and the Pink Dragon roll. (And the music is like my iPod on shuffle!)
- Lower-key than a lot of trendy sushi places but still quite good.
- Jolene OropillaNovember 19, 2013Want seaweed salad? Get the Tuna Poki. It's got your tuna mixed with seaweed salad.
- Get the autumn roll - although I have not ever hand anything bad here it's certainly my favorite!
- The Chirashi bowl had egg shells in the tamago and unchewable tuna. Bleh. Done with this place.
- Ryan LandryJanuary 26, 2015A 7.2 rating is accurate here. Skip the edamame. Pretty sure it's from Costco. Foxy roll is decent.
- Often closes early. Stops serving alcohol at 9p. Random service and wavering quality. Does not handle large groups gracefully.
- Without fail they seem to fuck up your order of there's more than four people in your party.
- Mr. GoldbergMay 24, 2012For a new place I expected more. The portions were small and not that fresh, frankly. Disappointed.
