The first sit-down restaurant from the folks behind Xi'an Famous Foods offers all their classics (lamb burgers, hand-pulled noodles, and more) with table service, still on the cheap.

If you love lamb and lots of spice along with spiciness, order the spicy cumin lamb noodles! First time trying this restaurant and the noodle did not disappoint! Small downside: extra $1.25 for soup

Biang! extends the Xi'an Famous Foods menu in a classier and more comfortable environment. There is nothing better than a bowl of spicy cumin lamb soup noodles on a cold and rainy day.

Lots of food I would have never thought to try, but it's all quite good. Lamb face salad and chicken hearts are probably the best things I've had there. I would stay away from the beef tendons though.

A hidden gem on Main St; modernized interior design combined with out of the world spices in every dish. Lamb skewers are a must! The oxtail hand cut noodles were fab too. Affordable and fast!

Delicious hand pulled noodles. Got the Spicy Cumin Lamb Noodles "medium" spicy, which was seriously spicy ("hot" might have killed me) and delicious. Try the quail egg appetizer!

Very authentic Xi'an food. Try the grilled chicken heart, very special and yummy.. Soft spicy tofu was ok, the tofu could be softer. Overall dining experience was awesome!

If you're into noodles with a kick, then this is the place to try. I ordered mine non-spicy, but it still came spicy. I was able to handle it, but my sinuses were triggered.

Authentic, delicate ( may only be seated and braised rather than baked and stewed), modest, spicy, interesting, no waiters (counter service only). On the site of the old Biang.

Stewed Pork Biang-Biang Noodles were delish, but be aware things run on the spicier side - I was going through water pretty quickly with my "mild" noodles.
