During weekend/public holiday super peak hour, should alight bus at train checkpoint and walk into main complex of Woodlands checkpoint. At least you skip the traffic chaos in Woodlands Crossing (BKE)Upvoted Mar 25
While Malaysian in Singapore, we queue n follow rules.. But when out, we forget our menace. We need to bring the good practise to Malaysia as well
Yuya SaitoMarch 16, 2015sharing taxi from Bugis Station is easy and reasonable. on the way back, the taxi was stopped by immigrant officer and all passengers needed to get off for questioning.
Prepare some finger foods to munch & some water to sip when you crossover as traffic jam is unpredictable... while waiting for your turn.
Dalam banyak2 bas, bas Cw2 Quenstreet lah yang paling sikit driver, so if you guys duty on morning shift must come earlier, possible last bas morning on by 10 am. Onwards 10 will be late. Goodluck.- Have a safe trip. Do remember personal belongings are always first priority when you visit Malaysia. Safety come first.

Lorry Lane for Cars usually opens from 630pm-Late. And also got to take into consideration if the normal queues are long.
Remember to top up cashcard. There are no top up machines here. Have to pay with ezi link card or $10 in cash!
Try avoiding crossing the border before 10am on weekdays, especially when going into SG. It's jam packed. Also be careful when everyone gets off work, another traffic jam.
Take note, 1st July 2011 onwards... The last destination of KTM wud be Woodlands Checkpoint. no more Tanjong Pagar KTM Station! Also... Board the train from woodlands checkpoint itself to go Malaysia!
For Singaporeans, beat the human jam by using you biometric passport at the automated clearance. You will need to have your thumbprint ready

Be considerate. Everyone wants to get this over with, not just u. Dun be afraid to stand on bus. Worth it most of the time than to wait twice the time for another one.
When u enter Singapore, must declare the duty unpaid items like cigatte, wine & etc... Otherwise ur own risk!!!

Make sure you give the right passport or the custom will hold you back for at least an hour there!

This particular officer Mohd Rafi or dont know his name..mix indian-malay looking guy is not efficient at all. Either he's too sleepy doing his job or doesnt like it at all. One word, too slow!
If u have cigs, liquor, tobacco n petrol with u, pls declare to singapore customs at the red channel. Read signboard abt the regulations before entering! Penalty for not doing so is pretty hefty!
Beware the motorcyclists weaving through traffic or bulging out & taking all car lanes except one...
Every friday will stuck like hell..no effort @ changes since last 3 yrs..n during pack time..can't see the #aetos do something for people here..lame way..

Get the macs at immigration johore . No more need white cards. Prepare 2 photos n 30 ringgit
Left green lane is almost always faster, cause the right lane usually can only go to the rightmost examination point. ^^ keep left whilst overtaking.
If u in a counter with d aircon, thts fine....but if u in counter n aircon/light spoilt...n well thts another story.
