    Michelle and Tenaya are amazing! Very personable and helpful. The classes are VERY challenging (but not intimidating) and the instructors always check to make sure you're in correct form! Love it!

    Been here 50+ times
    Awesome studio w/ amazingly fit instructors! An hour worth of bar equates to 4 days/ 6 hours worth of gym time!
