I love this place. UES needs more walk-in casual dining restaurants like this. No more sit-downs! The service is always great and friendly and of course I love the food -- particularly the salads.

Excellent service - our food was delivered to our table in under 10 mins and three smiling polite waiters came by offering to get us water or anything else we wanted. Impressive for how busy it was!
It isn't healthy. It isn't gourmet cuisine. But the food is consistently good, and the menu offers great variety. Also, pretty sure that the bread is laced with addictive drugs. So damn good

large seating area. relaxed atmosphere, can get crowded. has a nice fill up your own drinks station. can order at the kiosks also

The strawberry and chicken poppy seed salad is amazing! Perfect summer salad and so refreshing! Great mix of sweet (fruits) and salty (pecans)
I love this Panera but I wish the single persons would not take up an entire table for 4 when it's busy!! However, it's my fave place!

Really well run. They've let me in just after close, give me a custom side, and always clear my plate for me. Ultra nice people too.
Creamy tomato soup and broccoli cheddar soup are favorite two. Cinnamon crunch bagel is a must.

free wifi and outlets. lots of tables and space. if you're working/studying make sure to bring headphones because it can get noisy at peak times.

The staff at this location are extremely nice and accommodating. So happy to have a location on 86th street. :-)

While the Panera Card makes it a little difficult to predict your next award, it's definitely worth it. The Asiago Bagel is my favorite.
Unlike other paneras, they deliver the food to your table. Awesome service! Really well organized for the high traffic flow
This is one of the best Panera Breads I've been to, I've been to two other ones in NY and this one is number 1!

The manager here is really rude (to both customers and staff) but the rest of the employees are the nicest ever! All smiles with excellent customer service!- Looking for something sweet? Cinnamon crunch bagel will hit the spot-- and take up half your calorie count for the day:)

The oatmeal was not good at all compare to panera bread in queens location.. atmosphere is not good as the one in queens location. I would rather be in queens location than uptown manhattan location.
Get the Chai Tea Latte & the power sandwich! The best!
Great Oatmeal-- Irish cut, strawberries, brown sugar, pecans.
