Get the chicken steak over the roast half chicken, which can be dry. The grilled chicken steak is SO unique, so Cuban. The mojo is nuts. I actually think the roast pork is the best thing on the menu.

Can never go wrong with the famoso pollo versailles and the ropa vieja. Garlic bread is delicious. And don't forget about the awesome plantains.

Shredded beef, lomo saltado, arroz con pollo are my favorites. But you probably can't go wrong with their whole menu.

Amazing half chicken and shredded pork with rice and plantains. Does hurt to wait for especially with delicious hot garlic bread.

Versailles was on top of their game in the 90's now they are sub par. Try El Colmao (Yelp) on Pico (Ropa Vieja + Bistec de Palomilla + Yuca + Platano Maduro). You are welcome.

They really know how to use garlic. Be warned, you will be farting garlic for days afterward. Not a good place for a first date, but the food is amazing.

Steak lovers - order the #10. A nice tangy surprise! Plaintains were perfect. Had 2 baskets of garlic bread. Finish off w the cafe con leche.
