25 December: At 9am every year since 1864, members have come together for a 100-yard Christmas Day swim known as the 'Peter Pan Cup', in reference to J.M. Barrie, who was a patron of the race.

Nice place to have a swim in London if you can't afford other public swimming pools. But bear in mind this is rather a POND!

Only £4 in, and there a lovely grasy area to sunbathe, a kids paddling pool, cafe, changing and you get to swim with swans and geese. Amazing!
