- As a gold member, renting a car is without wait here. You just find your name on the signboard and pick the car up. Unfortunately for Prestige Collection, you have to wait in long line.

George OetomoJanuary 4, 20161. Never ever take their insurance, buy your own. 2. Never ever buy their 'prepaid gas, return empty, sounded good but it's a trick. They charged 45 dollars+tax when i filled up 35 only from empty
If you have Hertz Gold, just goto the 1st floor. Your Car is ready Togo.
Don't wait outside for the air train. Wait inside on the 4th floor.

Instead of waiting in the cold after Returning your car, go back to level 4 and catch the train from the inside.
