- Gerald SDecember 27, 2013Hotel located beside freeway. Lobby area huge with a 5 star feel. Wifi slightly slower on reg Free plan. Rooms and toilets clean. Beds high n comfy. L shape sofa in room. Abt 5 mins walk to mall.
- Bradley PhillipsOctober 24, 2014Booked the Concierge Floor, which includes happy hour and breakfast on the 23rd floor. The 23rd floor is closed weekends so it's not worth it for weekenders. Great place though! Will stay again.
Kathy SwordsJune 10, 2013On our first day here, we looked down from the balcony to see a chef on rhe front lawn. We discovered that behind a few hedges, there was a small herb garden. The chef was picking fresh herbs.

- Gerald SDecember 27, 2013Concierge,older guy does not know his job well.Asked abt private transport to the Outlet Malls and he kept on insisting the hotel doesn't do and asked us to rent a Car.Lady concierge finally helped.

- Gerald SDecember 27, 2013There is a Private taxi who charges USD$140 per return trip to Houston Outlet Mall half hr away. Approx for 7-8pple. Pls ask lady concierge for details. Older Concierge does know know abt this service
